RETURNS:

Microscope Supply accepts returns within a 14-day period from when your items are delivered. If an item is returned, the buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs as well as return shipping costs. Return shipments must include the original packaging and items must be returned in new condition. We do not penalize our customers for taking items out of the box, but care must be taken to ensure the items are not damaged during the evaluation. A restocking fee of up to 20% will be deducted from the refund for missing packaging or clearly used and mishandled returned items. If items are damaged or missing, additional fees may be deducted. We do not accept returns on consumable items such as filters, objectives, bulbs and lamps or custom systems. Camera returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Used (refurbished, reconditioned) items are non-returnable. There are situations where a return / refund may be granted. All of the original packaging must be kept. All other general return policies apply. Please contact us to inquire about returning used items.

 

PRICE MATCH:

At Microscope Supply, we believe in providing the best possible price with our industry leading personal support. If you do find a lower price out there, we will match and beat that price. If you purchased an item from us and you find a lower price within 30 days, we will refund the difference. If you would like us to match and beat a price, please chat with us online or send an email to Sales@MicroscopeSupply.com with a website link or quote with the requested items. Items must be exactly the same brand, model and configuration.

We do not match pricing for refurbished microscopes. Used microscopes come in varying conditions and an almost unlimited number of configurations. Our Refurbished microscopes are priced competitively and are all serviced by technicians with over 10 years experience.

 

MISSING ITEMS & ITEM ISSUES:

If you received an item that is missing parts or has an issue, please contact us within a period of 72 hours. Microscope Supply is not responsible for missing parts if we have not been contacted within 72 hours. For missing items and issues, please contact us.

  

SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping within the continental US on all orders over $99. We ship most microscopes via UPS ground and smaller items (such as cameras) by UPS ground or USPS. If you need to have your order expedited, please contact us at Sales@MicroscopeSupply.com. In stock items typically ship within 48 hours. Some items will ship same day. For orders outside of the US, please contact us for pricing.
