FLIC is used to achieve maximum responsiveness.
The INFINITY8-2M's FLIC (Fluorescence Illumination Image Capture) technology lowers read noise and allows for the highest possible response time. If you're shooting in low light, the FLIC feature boosts the camera's sensitivity while minimizing noise to an absolute bare minimum.
